1. How to get warranty of Fenix flashlights and how long is the warranty period?
Please fill out the blanks on the Warranty Card (which is the valid proof for free repair) when purchase Fenix products .If there are some quality problems during the processing of using, Please contact the distributor from which you buy. If you are not satisfied with the service of this distributor, please contact our service department service@fenixlight.com
The warranty items are as below: We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 15 days of purchase and repair a light free of charge within 12 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use; and finally our limited lifetime warranty( if repair is required after 12 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is according to the cost of the replaced materials). In addition, the warranty does not apply to the accessories and any promotional gifts.
2. Could I refit the products after I purchased the Fenix products?
Please don't refit the products during the period of warranty, otherwise it will void the warranty.
3. How about the water-resistant capability of Fenix products?
All the models of Fenix are water-resistant. They could be used in rainwater, shallow brooks and rivers. Some models which are noted with the depth of water-resistant can be used within the noted depth. Some ask, why'water-resistant' ?because there's no such thing as 'water-proof' take any 'water-proof' light deep enough and it will fail.
4. How to use the tail lock function on the 1 AA and 2AA Fenix flashlights with tail switches?
Twist the tail half way counterclockwise, this prevents the light from accidentally latching on while in transit or in your pocket.

7. What should I do if the flashlight flickers or doesn't work?
There may be several reasons as below: Reason A: The battery has been depleted Solution: Replace batteries (Please confirm the correct installation of anode and cathode). Reason B: There is dirt on the screw threads, interface of PCB and other contacts. Solution: Clean the contact points by the cotton with alcohol, such as the screw threads and interface of PCB and other contacts. Reason C: The head, tube or internal parts of the tail cap loose accidentally. Solution: Add some Vaseline on the 0-ring and screw the head and tail (including inside parts of the tail) tightly. If the above methods don't work, please contact the distributors and refer to the warranty policy.
